- Wash and chop broccoli into small florets.
- Dice Honeycrisp apple and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Slice grapes, dice onion, and prepare carrots and nuts.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, grapes, carrots, onion, seeds, nuts, and cranberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently until coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
