Blueberry Muffins

Soft and fluffy Blueberry Muffins bursting with fresh blueberries and made with simple pantry ingredients. These bakery-style muffins are moist, delicious, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or easy homemade desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil (or butter), eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries carefully.
  6. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Toss blueberries in flour to prevent sinking
Do not overmix the batter for soft muffins
Use fresh blueberries for best flavor
Add a crumble topping for a bakery-style finish
