- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil (or butter), eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until combined.
- Fold in blueberries carefully.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
