Chill dough for 20–30 minutes for better texture.
Mix cinnamon and sugar for coating in a small bowl.
Roll dough into balls and coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
