In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
In another bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss lightly.
Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
Place buffalo chicken in the center of each tortilla.
Add Caesar salad mixture on top.
Add cheese or extra buffalo sauce if desired.
Fold sides in and roll tightly into wraps.
Optional: Toast in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly crispy.
Slice and serve immediately.
