These Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wraps combine spicy buffalo chicken with creamy Caesar salad inside a soft tortilla wrap. They’re quick, flavorful, and perfect for easy lunches, dinners, or summer meals.

Ingredients
  

  • Buffalo Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing or mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Caesar Salad Mix
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup croutons lightly crushed
  • Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar optional
  • Extra buffalo sauce optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss lightly.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
  4. Place buffalo chicken in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Add Caesar salad mixture on top.
  6. Add cheese or extra buffalo sauce if desired.
  7. Fold sides in and roll tightly into wraps.
  8. Optional: Toast in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly crispy.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill wraps to prevent tearing.
  • Assemble just before serving for best crunch.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
  • Great for meal prep if ingredients are stored separately.
