- Cook linguine in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Season chicken evenly with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Return sliced Cajun chicken to the skillet and mix gently.
- Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
