Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 200 g pasta penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Chili flakes for extra heat

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic and bell pepper until softened.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted to form a creamy Cajun Alfredo Sauce Recipe.
  7. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan.
  8. Toss everything together until well coated.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, and extra Cajun spice if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best texture.
Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
