Method
- Pat salmon dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.
- Add butter and garlic to the pan. Stir in honey and lemon juice.
- Spoon the honey butter glaze over the salmon for 2–3 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until done.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Do not move salmon while searing to get a golden crust.
Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less spice.
Substitute butter with olive oil for dairy-free.
