Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits or crushed Skor bars
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 4 –5 apples sliced (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)

Method

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the cream cheese evenly onto a serving plate or shallow dish.
  3. Warm the caramel sauce slightly and drizzle it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Sprinkle toffee bits over the caramel, gently pressing them into the sauce.
  5. Serve immediately with sliced apples, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Use fully softened cream cheese for the smoothest texture.
Add toppings just before serving to keep them crunchy.
Prevent apples from browning by tossing slices with a little lemon juice.
Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers for extra dipping options.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
