Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place 1 tablespoon apple filling in the center, then add one caramel candy.
- Wrap dough around filling, pinching edges tightly to seal.
- Dip each dough ball into melted butter.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar until fully coated.
- Place seam-side down in prepared dish.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before serving.

Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
Seal dough well to prevent caramel leaking
