Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken grilled, rotisserie, or shredded chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup cream cheese or mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Spinach or lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Buffalo sauce or hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to heat through.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese (or mayonnaise) until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  8. Add any optional toppings if desired.
  9. Roll tortillas tightly into wraps.
  10. Toast wraps in a dry skillet or grill pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and lightly crispy.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken works great for fast prep and flavor.
Do not overfill wraps to prevent tearing.
Toasting the wraps improves texture and flavor.
