Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked pasta rotini, penne, or bowtie
  • 2 cups cooked chicken grilled, rotisserie, or crispy
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved (optional)
  • 1/2 cup croutons optional, for extra crunch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces if not already done.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped romaine, and chicken.
  4. Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, and croutons if desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve cold, garnished with lemon wedges and extra Parmesan if desired.
