  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  3. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water until cooled completely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add Caesar dressing and toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Season lightly with salt and black pepper if needed.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  8. Top with croutons, extra Parmesan cheese, or bacon just before serving if desired.
  9. Serve cold.

  • Rotini, bowtie, or penne pasta work best.
  • Add dressing gradually to avoid soggy pasta.
