Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix chicken flavor
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups broccoli florets optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish. Add broccoli on top if using.
  5. Spoon the prepared stuffing evenly over the chicken layer.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can replace chicken with turkey for a turkey and stuffing casserole.
Add shredded cheddar cheese for extra richness.
Swap broccoli with peas, carrots, or mixed vegetables.
Cover with foil if the stuffing browns too quickly.
Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
