Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or ground
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • 1 cup spinach or mushrooms
  • Broccoli or zucchini
  • Red pepper flakes for heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of lasagna noodles.
  6. Spread ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Add shredded chicken and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  9. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Let lasagna rest before slicing for clean layers.
