Method
- Season the cooked chicken with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle a layer of cheese on top.
- Add seasoned chicken, then top with more cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan and let it rest for a minute.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
