Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a layer of cheese on top.
Add seasoned chicken evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle more cheese on top for extra meltiness.
Cover with another tortilla.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Carefully flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
Slice into wedges and serve warm.
