  • 8 small tortillas corn or flour

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest, then slice or shred for Pulled Chicken Tacos.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken for added flavor.
  6. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  7. Fill each tortilla with chicken.
  8. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
