Ingredients
  

  • Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef or beef + pork mix
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional Cooking / Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for pan-frying
  • 2 cups marinara sauce for simmering

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.
  3. Roll mixture into 1–1.5 inch meatballs.
  4. Choose cooking method:
  5. Bake: 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes
  6. Pan-fry: Cook in olive oil until browned and cooked through
  7. Optional: Add cooked meatballs to marinara sauce and simmer 10–15 minutes for extra flavor.
  8. Serve hot with pasta, bread, or as desired.
