- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.
- Roll mixture into 1–1.5 inch meatballs.
- Choose cooking method:
- Bake: 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes
- Pan-fry: Cook in olive oil until browned and cooked through
- Optional: Add cooked meatballs to marinara sauce and simmer 10–15 minutes for extra flavor.
