Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth or milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Arrange chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic, and chicken broth until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. Drizzle olive oil or butter over the top.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
