Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add shell pasta and beef broth. Stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Remove from heat and rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
