Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Add heavy cream and mix until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
