Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine.
Add the ramen noodles to the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes until tender.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir in the parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
