- Cobbler Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
- Drain canned peaches well to avoid excess liquid.
- Do not overmix cheesecake batter to prevent cracking.
- Dessert sets best after chilling for 2–3 hours.
- Serve warm with ice cream or cold for firmer texture.
