Method
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Cook salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, using pasta water to loosen if needed.
- Gently flake salmon and fold into the pasta.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and fresh herbs. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
