Method
- Place sliced beef into the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Pour over beef.
- Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Mix cornstarch and water. Stir into crockpot to thicken sauce.
- Add broccoli in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Stir and cook until broccoli is tender.
Notes
Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
Add broccoli at the end to keep it crisp.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
