Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice until smooth.
  2. Add cooked chicken and stir until fully coated.
  3. Mix in dill pickles, celery, red onion, and fresh dill.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
