Ingredients
  

  • Buffalo Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing or mayo
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for crisping
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce optional
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes optional
  • Optional Dipping Sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Blue cheese dressing
  • Extra buffalo sauce

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, black pepper, cheddar, and mozzarella until well combined.
  2. Warm tortillas slightly to make folding easier.
  3. Place tortilla on a flat surface and cut a slit from the center to one edge.
  4. Divide filling into sections and place on one quadrant of the tortilla.
  5. Fold tortilla in sections into a layered square wrap.
  6. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  8. Press lightly with spatula for even browning.
  9. Remove, rest for 1–2 minutes, and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill wraps to prevent tearing.
  • Warm tortillas before folding for best results.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level.
  • Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
  • You can use rotisserie chicken for a faster version.
  • Filling can be prepared up to 2 days ahead and stored in the fridge.
