- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until done.
- Mix barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Pour sauce into skillet and simmer 3–4 minutes until thick.
- Slice chicken and serve over cooked rice with extra sauce.
