Method
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cream until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken back to the pan.
- Toss to coat evenly and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
