Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked pasta rotini, penne, or bowtie
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese cubed or pearls
  • 1/2 cup salami sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool completely.
  2. Chop vegetables, slice salami, and cube cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, cheese, and salami.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Toss again before serving and enjoy.

Notes

Let pasta cool before mixing to avoid sogginess
Chill for best flavor
Add more dressing before serving if needed
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
