Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and honey, stirring well.
Add lemon zest and let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced.
Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
