- Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat dry.

- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, vegetables, olives, and herbs.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Add feta cheese or optional toppings.
- Toss lightly again or leave toppings on top.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor, then serve.
