Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 6 –8 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini juice optional
  • 4 oz cream cheese optional, for extra creaminess

Method
 

  1. Place Chicken in Crockpot
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Season

  6. Place the butter on top of the chicken and add pepperoncini peppers around it. Pour in the juice if using.
  7. Cook

  9. Shred
  10. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks. Stir well to combine everything into a creamy mixture.
