Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken broth and cream; simmer 2 minutes.
- Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce around it.
- Spoon Boursin cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve over pasta or rice for an easy Boursin chicken pasta meal.
Use a thermometer (165°F / 74°C) for perfectly cooked chicken.
Great with roasted vegetables or crusty bread.
