- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Let the mixture boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
- Add oats and mix until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Let cookies cool and set for 20–30 minutes.
