Ingredients
  

  • Biscuit Base
  • 2 cups digestive biscuits or graham crackers crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • Nutella Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • Optional Toppings
  • Extra Nutella drizzle
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Crushed hazelnuts

Method
 

  1. Crush biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until light and fluffy.
  7. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Decorate with Nutella drizzle or toppings before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture
Chill overnight for extra firmness
