Method
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly in the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season to taste.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best crust texture.
Great served over pasta for a creamy garlic chicken pasta meal.
Sauce thickens as it cools.
