Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix peaches, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
- Spoon batter evenly over fruit mixture.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
