Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until glaze thickens. Remove from heat.
- Place salmon on the tray, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon half of the glaze over salmon.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Brush with remaining glaze before serving.
- Air Fryer Option: Cook at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, glazing halfway.
Notes
Use fresh pineapple juice for best flavor.
Do not overcook the salmon.
This glaze also works well with cod or other white fish.
