Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of pans.
- Prepare cake mix as directed and pour over crusts.
- Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- Layer cakes with marshmallow filling between them.
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir into ganache.
- Pour ganache over cake and top with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers.
- Toast marshmallows lightly with a torch if desired.
Notes
Chill 20 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
Store covered in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Toasting marshmallows adds authentic s’mores flavor.
