- Bake the Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough into rounded tablespoons and place on prepared sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Cool cookies completely on a wire rack.
- Prepare the Cream Topping
- Beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble
- Spread or pipe cream topping onto cooled cookies.
- Dust lightly with cocoa powder just before serving.
Notes
For deeper coffee flavor, increase espresso powder by ½ teaspoon.
Chill assembled cookies before serving for a more authentic tiramisu texture.
