Method
- Season chicken with spices.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Stir in flour and cook briefly.
- Add broth and cream, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
- Return chicken to pan and simmer in sauce for 3–4 minutes.
- Garnish and serve warm.
