Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with spices.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
  4. Stir in flour and cook briefly.
  5. Add broth and cream, whisking until smooth.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
  7. Return chicken to pan and simmer in sauce for 3–4 minutes.
  8. Garnish and serve warm.
